Salary is good. I like how they constantly review your work so that they catch potential problems before they become issues. It's a good back up. The worksite can vary a lot from place to place. Having a good team and rehab manager will go a long way toward making your work experience more enjoyable.

Cons

Productivity pressure is too high. This takes away from the quality of the patient care and promotes employee burnout. It is a very big issue with this company. Unrealistic productivity standards are extremely counterproductive to a healthy, therapeutic environment for the patients. The company tries to give suggestions and assistance to help employees meet their productivity standards, but many times it is just physically impossible to meet these artificial standards.
