Pros

Pay rate and benefits were satisfactory.

Cons

Patient load was impossible for anyone to handle. I always want to provide the best care possible in a timely fashion, but staffing made this almost impossible. A 12 hour shift usually was a 14 hour shift with no breaks. Supplies were never kept stocked which made your job even more difficult.

Pros

The online university is not bad.

Cons

No raises. Inconsistent pay scale. No holidays. Incompetent regional management with unrealistic expectations and no support. Very much a " you will do what you are told with a smile on your face and ask no qustions" management style. Shady ethical practices.
