      Pros

      Good pay that's it. I must say they pay well but it is not worth it

      Cons

      They make you work with patients if they are sick, and if they are you better be a good liar to them and their families. What does kindness matter as long as you get 92%! They will not pay out for your unused paid time off that takes a very long time to get. The health insurance is useless high deductible and low coverage. No holidays literally none. If you want them off and paid you better work a weekend. They expect you to do all computer documentation But do not provide enough laptops for staff. ( 6 computers for 9-10 staff members) your managers are very hard to get a hold of. I can keep going. This place was awful. B

      Unethical productivity standards,no raise in 3 years, no match on 401k, expensive insurance.

      There is nothing that they provide that makes them standout differently in a positive way from any other company.

      Cons

      92% productivity is crazy if you really think you're going to give quality care. You can't have both. They expect point of service documentation but 1 computer for 3 therapists makes that impossible. Management does not care about quality or retention, only their numbers.
