      The most micromanaging, productivity(90%)driven, amoral individuals I've ever seen ,cut salaries ,whine about decreased profits , intimidate staff to meet productivity,have completely forgotten there's a pandemic still affecting the industry

      No pay raises Every moment of your day is micromanaged Little clinical decision making for treatment duration or need for co treats Upper management only in contact to give criticism Bare minimum benefits Poor work environment or support from company Poor work culture/mission NOT patient centered, they're only worried about making money
