      Pros

      Flexible schedule, insurance benefits, fair PTO, some provided CEU's and license reimbursement, other buildings to work at if your building is low on hours.

      Cons

      No pay raises and really no signs of appreciation. No holiday pay. They don't seem to care about their employees. I stay here because it is very close to home

      Available Overtime, Flexible Schedule, and PTO

      Cons

      You have to fight for raises (I have ben told that the company does not "do" raises). They low-ball new-graduates. You are contracted to another building - these buildings tend to treat their therapists poorly, and sometimes it feels as though you have very little support.
