Pros

Just a contract nursing home company.

Cons

So many !! The ridiculous hours productivity no overtime forced to work holidays for straight pay. Extremely high cost medical insurance with poor coverage high deductible. Want you to treat patients that are going on hospice and not able to follow simple directions. Pushed to put part B patients on caseload that cant benifit from therapy. Very unethical.

Pros

I work with wonderful coworkers who are always willing to collaborate on what is best for the patient or answer any questions I may have.

Cons

-Absolutely no compensation for part time employees working during the pandemic. Instead of hazard pay, Select offered double PTO. However, part time employees are unable to accrue PTO. This is upsetting as we too are putting ourselves at risk though the company does not feel that we deserve compensation. - Money driven with unrealistic treatment minutes for Med B patients. - The company’s main concern is productivity although they have to know that reaching productivity everyday is just unrealistic. Expect to be notified even if you are .5% away from meeting expected productivity. -Was told during the interview that there would be a week of being mentored however was thrown right into a full schedule with little ability to be trained (which is the company’s fault and not the DOR). -No holiday pay
