      They reimburse you for your licensure.

      Cons

      No holidays off (unless your DOR can find prn staff to fill in for you), no compensation if you do work on a holiday, lousy benefit package overall and this company will run you ragged with high productivity standards. Ethically, there were some shady things the Area Managers did. Not a good sign when the company had a lawsuit against them. They pinch pennies big time too and never give any of their employees a pay raise regardless of how long you've worked there.

      The company hired new graduates to take advantage of their lack of knowledge. Often new hires made more than current more experienced staff. Inconsistent caseload for therapists. Unrealistic productivity expectations.

      Plenty of work and good co-workers

      Cons

      Worked there 9yr and got 2 raises that equals $1. Became Program Manager and still worked off clock due to not being allowed to clock in when handling manager duties on weekends. This company requires so much concurrent that quality goes out the window. There is no pay for holidays and u have to work. Would be recommend.
