      Pros

      Working with the facility we contracted with was amazing, loved the staff, clients, and families

      Cons

      Select rehab has changed since I first became employed, there is a push to have outpatient patient’s at 5x/week even when there is no justification for it and it is against patient’s wishes. Hugh productivity shifted from 80-84% and now is at 85-90%

      Pros

      It will make you switch careers so that’s a positive but there truly are none. Used to be decent pay but they gave pay cuts while getting new contracts for new locations.

      Cons

      Unethical productivity which made majority of therapists fraudulently bill. Good ones left bad ones stayed. Company knows this and tells you to “think outside the box”. Promotes the ones that fraudulently bill. Terrible benefits, absurd concurrent treatments. I could go on but no point it will never change. No raises.
