      difficult to take time off due to lack of staff, hours varied wildly, upper management/HR difficult to contact, low pay (regular, part time and PRN), upper management not supportive of staff

      - they allow for flexible working hours

      Cons

      - no 401k match, no paid holidays, no raises, expensive health insurance, no assistance for CEUs or any other job necessities. - productivity pushed way to hard - almost impossible to successfully complete their work demands - push for concurrent treats to get the therapists out of the building faster to decrease their overhead. -do not care about employees -higher management is toxic
