Working with the facility we contracted with was amazing, loved the staff, clients, and families

Select rehab has changed since I first became employed, there is a push to have outpatient patient’s at 5x/week even when there is no justification for it and it is against patient’s wishes. Hugh productivity shifted from 80-84% and now is at 85-90%

Zero. Management and HR are miserable to work with. Nobody is organized and they have no support for new hires

Cons

If you are fresh out of college this is a terrible place to work. Honestly no matter how many years of experience you will be frustrated with management and HR with lack of communication and support.
