Pros

Had the opportunity to work on a project for a global organization. Was paid a good bill rate. Always on time with no issues. Staff was friendly and always reachable. Given the opportunity, I will work with SSI again.

Cons

I didn't see any challenges.

This may not the best place for people who want easy work culture.

Pros

Great exposure If you're willing to work hard, come here with an intention of learning and don't care about petty things like looking at your friends working in corporate and getting lots of amenities, then this is a fantastic place.

Cons

You will become addictive to the company's work culture and feel part of the company in long term.
