Pros

Meals facility is good. Pantry staff is supportive. Clean and Hygienic Cafeteria.

False incentives plans for Candidate Care support. Good HR policies however, no one follows. HR department needs to be an independent department from management however, it is handled directly by senior people. What they say is being followed. If you are in good books of them, you can survive. Account leads are not helping. Always demotivated and always seen plotting against one another. No proper documentation policy. If you raise any concern, they will make you leave without notice.
