Very good culture , excellent Environment , supportive Management , Good HR , Good Finance Good IT and Admin they are very supportive . Employees are good.

Meals facility is good. Pantry staff is supportive. Clean and Hygienic Cafeteria.

Cons

False incentives plans for Candidate Care support. Good HR policies however, no one follows. HR department needs to be an independent department from management however, it is handled directly by senior people. What they say is being followed. If you are in good books of them, you can survive. Account leads are not helping. Always demotivated and always seen plotting against one another. No proper documentation policy. If you raise any concern, they will make you leave without notice.

Working environment is very good. Policies are good. Monthly lunch and parties. Montly performer. No pressure. SSI is a very good company to join

Cons

As such there is no problem but they can provide cabs to their employees. There should be some benefits to employees like medical policies etc.
