Pros

Best company to enhanced your skill and career, i don't why some people say politics, i am still working for this company from last 8 months never seen a single politics, i don't know why some people say politics is there, i believe the person who commented were trying to butter his leader but didn't manage to succeed it , Lol, i suggest you to join some other company, because SSI looks for someone who is hardworking not a butter licking.

Pros

The only good thing about the company- they have a good client list, rest there is nothing positive.

Cons

I don’t knw where shud I start with 1) The HR is the worst part, doesn’t have any manner to talk with the employees. Secondly, her communication and pronunciation is worst. She really needs a VA trainer. Doesn’t know the difference between s’ and s. 2) highly political environmental and that start from the TOP LEVEL 3) worst incentive policy 4) underpaid resources
