I have been associated with SSI for a very long time now and I can say that it is one of the best company I have worked with. Special sought out to HR team for always making their best efforts to keep the thing's positive for their employees.

They provide Cab and Dinner for night shift employees.

Cons

Management unnecessarily threatens to put employees on a PIP for missing targets for two consecutive months. There are no Indian public holidays provided, no flexibility for work-from-home even in emergency situations, and HR guidelines are not properly established.
