Pros

SelectQuote's Employee Culture is great. For corporate employees, they have been very flexible with remote work which is such a blessing! No forced RTO but a lot of people have chosen to go back to office.

Cons

No real cons at this time.

Fast paced - great people

Pros

Great people and depending on division, great culture. I have been fortunate with my managers who have striven to create a culture of backing each other up and making sure everyone has the opportunities they want and are qualified for - and even getting people the tools to get qualified when possible.

Cons

Fast paced to a point of frenetic sometimes. Changes are constant and not always well communicated (even when they are well thought out they can seem not to be because of the lack of communication).

Great people constant change

Pros

SelectQuote seems to attract absolutely wonderful people; there is a great environment of support between people

Cons

Constant change, lack of documentation, lack of communication between levels, insurance is not great and takes a lot out of each paycheck.
