Pros
Plenty of room to make a big impact in technology, if you are willing to take your own ideas and run with them. Some coworkers know what they are doing.
Cons
Overachieving puts a target on your back with some coworkers. Political battles know no bounds, threats against my family were made at the end. SelectQuote recently had to settle a class action for owing insurance agents overtime - good indicator that bad breaks with the company are not uncommon.
