Very good training prior to selling. Ability to work from home. Amazing team to work with.

Cons

Sometimes certain things are not expressed clearly regarding commissions and expectations.

Pros

Work from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Dealing with possibly the most unreasonable demographic for clientele. The transfer agents they use are from like Bangladesh or Sri Lanka so a lot of the call come in super unqualified and of course those bad calls affect your bottom line $$$. They overwork you during AEP and they make the commission scale tough if you want to make decent money.
