Pros
Hired during the busy season. I was one of the top agents during my 8 months I worked there and I made a lot of money during that time. After 8 months I was offered a much lower paying position as a permanent role.
Cons
Offered a lower paying permanent role that doesn’t even require a sales license after doing so well during my time there. All of the agents that were hired during the busy season were all switched to about 4-8 different supervisors in only 8 months and only one of them was decent. More than half of the agents made much less money than we were told we would. Many tech issues on a regular basis which caused everyone to make less money Everything was always changing from One day to the next which affected compensation negatively.
