We are delighted to hear from you and receive your positive feedback. Yes, there can be long hours during our “busy season” (AEP), but hopefully the opportunity for sales during that time makes it worthwhile. Thank you and we are grateful for your 5-star review!

Pros

Remote options if that works for you -Great training bonus

Cons

-10/hr base pay. - The have different “levels” of agents. Where not all agents are given the same opportunity. Top agents stay on top because they get all the good leads while of you’re level 2 and below it’s a struggle. Any agent can be top agent if they were given good leads. Management is horrible. I was only here for 4 months before I couldn’t take it anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. In most sales positions, there is a bonus or commission on top of the base salary. With our company, this is usually where the bulk of the unlimited income comes from. In our recruiting and hiring practices, we always strive to be upfront and transparent about a specific position's requirements and expectations. Still, we are sorry that you did not have a good work experience. We wish you all the best in your endeavors.

In every sales environment, there is almost always a bonus or commission on top of the base salary; with us, the bigger portion of the unlimited income comes from bonus or commission. Please reach out to your manager for advice or tips on how to get more sales to get better compensation. Thank you for your feedback.
