Pros

Onsite training, no sales experience required. Bonuses for performance during training. Understanding management.

Cons

Cold calling as defined by the general public happens regularly at this job. Select Quote having a different definition of cold calling makes their interview process misleading. As does their repeated description of what the "average agent" makes. I was a level two agent, above average, making less than half of what was told the "average agent" makes.

Pros

Work from home is the only positive thing for this place.

Cons

Everything from management had no clue what they are doing. Trainers paint a pretty pic then as soon as on floor, forget it. The leads are so old that the people you call have been dead for years, or have never even heard of this place. You are lying to people all day long. The change up of scripts is daily with very little warning, and if you don’t say word for word, you are failed and they take your commission money away. Trying to fight this for stupid reasons they fail you, is impossible. They have an excuse for everything. Major revolving door. They claim they care about employees, nope! They only care about those that kiss their butts kn a daily. Coaches are ridiculous. Some have no clue what they are doing. Yet they try and recommend how you approach things to be “successful “ in your position but its so ridiculous you laugh.
