      Training, Full Benefits, Helping the Elderly

      Cons

      Business model is all about one call closes, turn and burn mentality. If that's you, you'll be very successful here. If you have a heart for people and doing the right thing, this may not be the place for you. Pay is structured to reward only high producers. As one of the managers said: "We're not interested in marriages. Have as many one night stands as you can." Thats exactly how the job eventually makes you feel: Cheap. Empty. Slinking away in the middle of the night.

      Seems like a good company so far?

      Cons

      Training seems a bit chaotic and unscripted. Problems with many IT issues. Not sure about the company health insurance? Sorta shocked at the 2 plans they offer.... and a couple trainers have a really bad demeanor with regards to questions. Interesting to say the least..... to be honest not sure what to think.... very average at this point almost a little below average?

      Pros

      Great culture, they foster a culture of support and caring for their employees. They do a lot to show they care, lunches, contests, bonuses, etc.

      Cons

      The upper management cares more about profits than employees. They make decisions without understanding what that will do for employees, or how that hinders employees ability to meet goals.
