Great, innovative company. It has it's challenges and is very performance based, but if you are a top performer and ready to work, tons of opportunity.

Cons

Stock price is a challenge, but Executives are very capable and feel it's a short term issue

• Training is inconsistent—different trainers give different answers, and the process feels disorganized from day one. • The “graduation call” feels less like an evaluation and more like a setup, where the criteria shift depending on who’s grading you. • Required me to quit my previous job with the promise of three full months of training, only to let me go after a few minutes. • The script pushes messaging that contradicts their own advertising, which feels deceptive—especially toward elderly clients. • Communication from management is unclear, rushed, and sometimes poorly written, making expectations even harder to follow. • Overall culture values expensive leads and rigid metrics over honesty, clarity, or genuine support for new hires
