      Good but...

      -Good benefits -Vertical growth opportunities -High income potential - Good communication

      Cons

      This is a company where there are constant moving parts, and changes to process and procedures. Having to keep up with multiple carrier requirement, state requirement, and CMS, causes them to need to constantly update their compliance as well as their agent/client interactions. Keep in mind, that if you are a creature of habit, or thrive under strict structure, you WILL need to adjust to the style here. Forget about getting recognized unless you are the absolute best at everything you do, and if you are in the middle of the pack, it's best to just keep your nose down, do what you're suppose to, and collect your paycheck each month. That is one thing I can say positively about them, is that the pay is extremely good once you get a good rhythm going

      Pay maybe? That is if you’re okay with being micromanaged & enjoy long hours of recycled leads.
