Pros

Excellent benefits, training, compensation, promotional opportunities and morale. Considering the business we are in, one would expect a sweat shop type environment but working for this organization is anything but that. Very employee and customer focus and I could not ask for anything other. Would recommend SelectQuote to anyone looking for a great work environment.

Cons

Management can be better trained and more one on one coaching. Work life balance.
