-work from home -opportunity to make $

-guidance is minimal, never spoke to my manager -you’re ranked every couple weeks and the lower you’re ranked the less amount of leads you’re allowed to work. Sometimes they even disable your sales functions and make you do other jobs you weren’t hired for -$13/hr -turnover rate is insane -you’re just a # here

There are no pros in working for this company.

Cons

They promise you a contract with you, on certain times. Then they change the contract on you. You only get 9 days of training, and they throw you on the floor. During AEP season, they use you and force you to work Overtime, and do not pay Overtime correctly. They are constantly changing everything, and they treat their employees like crap. They promise you Holiday pay, and then fire you because they don’t want to pay. If you are thinking about working for them. Don’t run away as fast as you can. Because you can try your hardest, and they will not help you. Managers suck too, if you have questions or turn in for harassment, they retaliate against you. Management yelled for doing our job. Worked so much, that I was getting sick, and once AEP is over they will let you go.
