Pros

Manager and team members are amazing

Cons

Bonus is hard to get and it has been reduced From 5-6k to 1-2k commissions. Strict with attendance where you can’t swap with anyone or Make up hours if you need to take a day or hour off. Pto must be used and if your child is sick you will get a point for missing the day. 700 connections a day, they ignore the dnc and encourage you to get abused on the phone by customers or you may not hit median or higher conversions that eventually affect your bonus.

The overtime was great, and I liked my coworkers.

Cons

Honestly, almost everything else. Unbelievable. I would advise you to do your homework.
