Commission and bonus pay received Remote WFH Equipment is supplied by Company

Management style is a Dictatorship, Poor Training & Leadership speaks and taunts employees with disrespect Employees are expected to complete duties out the scope of their employment with threats of disciplinary actions Overtime is spontaneously forced on employees Predatory sales structure target low income disabled and elderly Several complaints filed from Former Employees having trouble obtaining carrier releases from FMO so they can block former employees from working for a new Upline.

Pay is terrible, the rules are arbitrary, can’t be sick on a Monday or Friday, Benefits are expensive
