Select quote is one of the best companies that I can say I have worked for. They constantly work with training you to become better at your job. Positions are usually hired from within the company. Training is done on a regular basis. They have FUN contest where you actually WIN $$. Not a small amount. I am talking MONEY as in $50 and up! They train and motivate you to make more money!!

Cons

The cons are schedules that do tend to change often. Our pay is done twice a month and not every other week. This can be challenging at times.
