Good luck getting a lead to make a phone call. I'm used to a leveling structure within a company. I have never worked for a company that seems to have almost zero leads for those in the bottom levels. Even though they are not providing you leads which they said they would they require you to constantly be on the phone. You will constantly be told to call clients who have already been worked by other agents on outbound calls even though you were told no outbound calls are made. These clients have been called 100's of times by other agents within the company as well.
If there is an issue out of your control you could be moved departments multiple times, even though it isn't the job you applied for. They hired so many people my licenses were not set up properly and told me I had to change departments with less money or be fired.
If you are not good with technology, DO NOT take this job. Not only is the equipment they provide (laptop, monitors, headsets) constantly breaking, but the POS (point of sale) system is constantly crashing or having updates. You would think this company is a start up and not one that has been around for over 20 years.
