      Pros

      Great training team you can really learn a lot.

      Cons

      Worst pay scale ever. They never told pay until you was on the phone. Only pay $18.00 per policy you sell until you sell so many then the pay increase by $5 and so on. So if your looking to make money don’t go there. MICRO MANAGEMENT

      Pros

      Good training and management is great. Can make great money if you stay focused at work and have thick skin. I came from car sales and I make double the money with half of the work. Good benefits as well.

      Cons

      Customers can be awful but it's over the phone so who cares. You can have work life balance but be prepared to put your foot down occasionally, I told my manager right off the bat what was important to me.

      Pros

      Very flexible with schedule. Ability to take off for appointments or last minute needs. Availability to occasionally work from home (even when not in a remote environment). Willingness to try new things, new approaches, and tests.

      Cons

      Technology and systems are hardly reliable. Scrambling to patch things together is frequent. Reporting and results given often need to be scrubbed or is only directionally accurate. Do not take care of their people in terms of promotions and pay. Would rather hire new than promote from within. Very much a good ole boy system.
