      Pros

      The fact that there are inbound calls. You do have the chance to sell insurance. Company gives you computer, headset, monitors, etc.

      Cons

      Set you up to fail immediately. The sales goals are completely unrealistic for the type of leads you are given. Because they are paying for leads, they pay you next to nothing working extremely hard. They are not "warm" leads by any means. Most people have no idea why they're even talking to you or think that life insurance costs $9 for whole life. It is extremely unrealistic to have a "one call close" with something as important and costly as whole life insurance.

      Pros

      Fast pace, energizing environment! Amazing training, solid coaching, mentoring, and skill development. I’ve been there slightly more than 90 days and have learned more about selling insurance than anywhere else I have worked. Love working remote.

      The negatives are just noise. Focus on what matters and you can maximize your compensation plan and your operating environment.
