Long hours during AEP. The reward is great but it is still grueling.

Pros

Amazing management team, work from home options, excellent pay and 401k match. Multiple trips to Hawaii, Grand Cayman, Jackson Hole awarded yearly and weekly prizes awarded for top performers.

Cons

Work/Life balance is excellent outside of two busy months in AEP. You are paid for Overtime and fed multiple times per week during that time frame which cancels out any real cons.
