      Don’t even consider it, they are terrible.

      Pros

      Sometimes they provide food and activities, but it’s truly not any different than any other job in this regard. You could make money, but you’d have better luck making money playing the lottery than working at SelectQuote. Some of the people are cool, but there are cool people everywhere. Just stay away from them and look elsewhere, there are plenty of great jobs in Denver.

      Cons

      Where to begin. Obviously at the most important part to this company: the money. They will short your paychecks. Don’t even listen to them if they say they always correct them. They don’t pay what they owe you. I knew of at least 14 other coworkers, plus myself, that got shorted thousands of dollars EACH over a couple months. Company refuses to correct it, because they short paychecks on purpose. Now I was one of the lucky few that made money, and they still shorted me. Also the “culture” is a fake joke. The only culture within this company is one of rumors and falsity. The culture is very much like a high school rumor mill.

      Pros

      As a current employee I can honestly say SelectQuote is a fantastic company to work for. The culture in the office fun and relaxed and there are plenty of opportunities to advance or change roles within the company. We get a consistent flow of leads and as long as you can sell reasonably well you're going to make a good living.

      Cons

      You'll deal with some demanding clients from time to time but that's with any job
