Ability to work from home, good co-workers.

Cons

Very mismanaged company. The top people have no insurance experience and have changed the leads to really poor quality leads to save on market spend. We used to get very well qualified leads. Now we are mostly getting 6 mos auto policies that pay you nothing. Comp plan changes are common in sales but this company has no idea how to be profitable, so they keep cutting the agents commissions and asking them to do way more for way less pay. I think they want to clean house and get less experience sales agent because most of the tenured agents are looking for other jobs because they can't survive on their income.

Pros

Everyone is dedicated to one another's success. Trainers are helpful and make themselves available. Environment is comfortable and fun. People are nice, food is provided most of the time during AEP, Fitness Room available, flexible hours, can make as much money as we want to if we put in the work and hours.

Cons

sometimes the leads being not the best gets frustrating. First couple weeks of AEP weren't nearly as busy as what I was expecting.
