      Family like atmosphere, lots of incentives

      Cons

      Compensation changes frequently. Hard to keep a stable paycheck. You need to save money through your busier times of year to make ends meet during slow times.

      Great Opportunity With A Huge Company

      Pros

      Lots of amazing people. Variety in day to day life. Amazing amenities and activities provided, as well as social events and things to keep work fun and interesting. Great with social team building things like corporate challenge and being inclusive with everyone to build a great culture. I have the ability to be creative in my role, and a lot of flexibility with how I get things done. There isn't a lot of micromanagement for me, and I like that. The location is solid as well (near the Sprint Campus).

      Can be a lot of work, but you get what you put in.
