      Pros

      Stable hours; friendly environment; hands-on/on-the-job training; upward mobility; potential for raises; frequent incentive initiatives; frequent goodies surprises for events/holidays; generous PTO accrual; opportunity for overtime; opportunity for travel; rapid company expansion.

      Cons

      The growth rate of the company is rapidly accelerating beyond a sustainable rate and this can be a bit of an Achilles Heel in terms of timely coordination of facility projects/moves, testing platforms adequately before release to production, and a general ever-changing environment as processes and procedures are forged as new departments and concepts are brought to fruition in quick succession.

      Pros

      Positive company culture makes this a great place to work. SelectQuote treats their employees very well and even spoils us a little. I love my manager who values my work and trusts my opinions. SelectQuote is committed to participating in Kansas City Corporate Challenge and giving back to the community. I feel valued as an employee.

      Cons

      The pay started low but we got a very nice bump in pay and increases yearly.
