Some great managers, some bad managers, benefits are dismal

Pros

There are someamagers who are great, they really support you and want you to be sucxessful. Then there are other who dont give you the time of day. Leads are provided, so if you work under one of the great managers, it's a good gig

Cons

The benefits are really, really bad, especially because this is an insurance company. The 401k match is really bad, almost offensive.

Pros

If you can sell you are basically left alone. All leads provided. No licensing/desk/E&O charges. Most of the negative reviews I have read just scream 'ORDERTAKER' rather than 'SALESPERSON' to me. And yes...............to succeed here you must be able to SELL.

Cons

Not really very many so long as you understand that when you are there you're there to work despite the big-screen TVs and ping pong. Lead delivery can be spotty at times and like any business there are occasional IT issues.

The changing, and fluctuating pay cycle is very bad. The changes are not made to benefit the sales reps.
