I have seen this company grow as the number 1 term life insurance broker in the industry and it gives me pride and joy to be a part of that. All the officers of the company I believe are the most nicest individuals to work with. The company knows how to care of their employees.

Great company and wonderful Owners. Benefits are good and have allowed me to work from home in order to keep my house & not have to commute.

Cons

Sometimes the work load and clients get to you but I think that's normal for any customer service related job.
