Great company if your looking to get experience in the Medicare insurance industry.

Pros

Great relaxed working environment; wonderful co-workers; company provides paid training for both Agent and Case Specialist positions. Great feeling knowing you are helping your customers save money every month on their Medicare insurance.

Cons

Often seemed support personnel were not valued by the Company as much as Agents; while the Company is growing at a very fast pace, growth opportunities (except as an Agent) appeared to be extremely limited.

Pros

Opportunity for growth since the company is growing fast. Love working at SQS and I actually don't mind coming to work everyday, which speaks for itself. Great people and great atmosphere- it's lively and competitive. Management is great and easy to work for and they truly do care about your success. Flexibility in hours and you determine your own success/paycheck. If you are driven and work hard, SQS is a great place to be.

Cons

In some seasons, agents have to work a good amount of hours. But that is the nature of sales, you determine your own success and sometimes that will require more time outside of the 40 hour work week. But it is worth it!

Pros

I've been amazed at how hard the Leawood branch works to find the best fit for their employees. The people here have been very friendly and helpful. Since this branch is fairly new, there are lots of opportunities to make a real difference in the company.

Cons

Especially sales agents seem to work long hours, but this hasn't affected me since I'm not in sales.
