Pros

Good to start off in Medicare and as remote work. More pay option during AEP season a reason to sell more to increase compensation of sales.

Cons

If I could give 0 stars I would. No work life balance. No increase for pay yet an increase for more work. Highly dependent on more sales for compensation hourly pay will not change. No weekends. Amount of calls and limitations with breaks in between weighs on your mental heavily.
