Leads are recycled, they act as though you're getting "in bound calls" but it's just another department making outbound calls to said recycled leads and hurrying to transfer them to you often times with no introduction. If you breathe wrong, they will find a way to take your commission. They will tell you you have two breaks and a lunch, but you'll be reprimanded for taking them. Training is fun, and you will bond well with your training class, but if they sold you on a work-life balance of any sort in your interview as they did me.. Just know they're lying and once the honeymoon phase runs out, you will find yourself miserable like many even veteran agents there.

Training is a joke. It was basically one week, if that, before being tossed on the phone. There was so much we didn’t go over. The systems didn’t like the work and would crash in the middle of the call. Equipment took forever to receive. Pay decreases tremendously after AEP.
