Inconsistency- depending on who you are determines how you are treated and what you get in trouble for. The policy changes all the time, but is never followed. Favoritism - If someone in HR doesn't like you, you can consider yourself gone. Same thing with the Supervisors, if one doesn't like you, they can get you fired over nothing. They've been known to make things up and fire people, even though nothing is proven. Upper management hired a bunch of off shore people to replace the current customer service associates they had for way less pay. Upper management just made absolutely unattainable standards for their American customer service reps to meet and then fired them when they couldn't achieve the impossible. They literally said it on a meeting with a bunch of us managers that they were doing this, knowing that it was wrong and knowing they had no reason to fire these people.
