Starting pay is great, job is remote, pto, money incentive bonuses

Cons

Severely micromanaged, constant process changes (then they change it back), very unorganized, work environment can feel slightly hostile, very very low raises

Micromanaged. Super small pay increase yearly. Continously changing rules and adding things but still no pay increase.
