At first, this job seems great. All you do is work on prescriptions all day.. Then you start to realize how disorganized and catty this company is.
Cons
The pay is below average and you can make more working elsewhere remotely, benefits are mediocre. The atmosphere feels like a high school where there are cliques and everyone talks bad about each other. People getting fired for drama, upper management gets away with almost everything. Pharmacists do not ever know what they’re doing and often contradict themselves. There is no measure how you are doing, if you do more work they assign you to different projects while keeping others on the simple work. Management has definite favorites and will give out the best schedules to their pets IT department is horrible. There’s constant issues with your technology and sometimes it takes days to fix (without pay). Take a look at the stock prices currently. Last year this stock was with ten dollars. Now? .69. Not a good outlook on the company.
