SelectRx is growing at a fast pace. With that comes new opportunities to shore up processes. The company seems to be focused on making the necessary changes to improve workflow and headcount to address challenges we face. In this company, like any company, it's all about finding the right fit. There are multiple remote pharmacist opportunities to fit within SelectRx. SelectRx provided everything I needed to do my job remotely. In my typical day, I am able to log on and begin work quickly all from the comforts of home. I continue to have opportunities to get involved with my team and surrounding departments to assist with the previously mentioned growth and changes. My direct manager and supervisor take the opportunity on a daily basis to make sure that our team has a good work life balance and high job satisfaction. We are encouraged to use our clinical knowledge and judgement without fear of repercussions. Since the entire team is remote the communication has to be on point all the time. Even though I have never met my team in person, the communication is much stronger than I ever experienced working in person elsewhere. That goes from the top leadership down. Transparency and visibility are valued by all at this company. Time off is encouraged to stay fresh. PTO is earned with each pay period. Additionally, everyone is given 2 PTO days up front each year to use at their discretion. We also have 3 paid sick days that are usable for yourself or family. Plus we have 6 paid holidays each year. Maternity/Parental leave pay here is better than what I experienced previously- 4 total weeks paid at 100%. I was pleasantly surprised not to be met with being rushed back to work after having a child. I LOVE the fact that working remotely has given me time back in my personal life that would otherwise have been spent getting ready for work and commuting. A "bad day" at SelectRx doesn't even compare to the horrors which I experienced in my previous retail and hospital employment. Overall, there will be challenges within the workplace for any company that is growing at the rate that SelectRx continues to grow. Those opportunities feel less burdensome when you have great support and understanding from the top down.

I have had nothing but a positive experience since I started at Select Rx 3 years ago, The company is growing at a face pace and the growth opportunities and leadership are outstanding. I feel recognized for my hard work and valued.
