Other pharmacists are kind. Work well together. Monthly bonuses.

Cons

Company policies change nearly every day. Demand more metrics, but no structural changes to help make that achievable. Metrics are so high the monthly bonus is nearly unattainable. Mandatory overtime on weekends.

Flexibility, a few amazing people

Cons

Upper leadership has no idea what is going on and doesn't listen to their people on the ground to help make things better. Hemorrhaging people because they hire anyone that can legally work there. They work their best employees to death and have zero standards for everyone else. No support for middle management. They will trap you into a position for their own benefits (if they want you where you are, they will make up reasons you can't transfer).
