Pros
It sickens me to read the bad reviews. They do employ family members but always treated everyone fairly. If you worked hard, you got rewarded. If you are there for a free ride or if you treat others poorly, you won't last there. I wish I still lived nearby because I'd go back there in a heartbeat. You won't find a better more caring group of people to work for. They offer very generous benefits and competitive salaries. If you are thinking about working there, do it. You won't regret your decision.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. Although if you don't want to be held accountable, you won't like it.
