      Pros

      Seminole has a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Not typically a demanding place to work. The benefits were very good.

      Cons

      Management was not typically receptive to change and changes were slowly implemented. Pay was okay considering how good their benefits were, but was a little low.

      Pros

      Very friendly, low pressure atmosphere. Has a small company feel where everyone seems to know everyone. Great CEO and leadership overall.

      Cons

      For software developers, there is little opportunity to advance your skills by using newer technologies. The company is moving towards buying 3rd party tools to install.
