The company has a genuinely good mission and the core team is passionate about what they do. I had the opportunity to grow beyond my original role — starting in Customer Care Operations and moving into Revenue and Quality support — which showed that the company recognized talent and was willing to invest in people. The work itself was meaningful and I learned a lot across different functions.

Cons

The experience shifted significantly when new leadership came in. The management style changed and it created an uncomfortable dynamic that affected team morale. I felt that some decisions were personal rather than performance-based, which was discouraging given the effort I had put in. The layoffs also raised questions about long-term stability and how people are valued when priorities change.

Great management team F&B director (A.P.) is phenomenal and cares about his team members, an absolute pleasure to work with.

Cons

HR. They are vindictive and try to crush the best team members the casino has. Honestly, this places is a great place to be if it wasn't for some of the HR staff. (one in particular)
